Open Screening and Potluck is long-standing Alfred tradition that’s FREE and open to the public.

Participation by any Alfred State and Alfred University students, faculty, staff, and visiting artists working across all time-based digital mediums is encouraged—finished work or works in-progress. Come meet other creatives in the community!

  • Files submitted prior to the event are preferred – NOT required.
    Please submit via one of these options:

    • upload to this Microsoft OneDrive folder

    • host them on the cloud and email Bernard the link.

    • stop by the iea, Harder 430 – across from elevator

    • drop of a USB to the art office or to a friend.
      (I’ll return the drive after the event)

  • If you don’t submit files early, please just arrive early.

  • stage-based live-performance work:

    • As of 10/3, these submissions are now closed.

  • technical note:

    • projector playback tops out at 1080P.
